Room/Event Reservation

It could take few hours until the reservation is checked and accepted.

Reservation check/ change/ cancellation are available only for the reservation processed on the online. Please check your order again to be on the safe side.

Cancellation and Refund

  1. 1. Customers will be charged with penalty for part/ whole cancellation. Details are as follows below.
    • 1) Individual Customer(less than 5 rooms)
      1. ① Cancellation 2~3 days before the reserved date: 30% of the 1st day’s room rate
      2. ② Cancellation 1day before the reserved date : 50% of the 1st day’s room rate
      3. ③ Cancellation on the reserved date: 100% of the 1st day’s room rate
    • 2) Group Customers(more than 5 rooms )
      1. ① Cancellation 8~15 days before the reserved date: 10% of the 1st day’s room rate
      2. ② Cancellation 4~7 days before reserved date: 30% of the 1st day’s room rate
      3. ③ Cancellation 1~3 days before the reserved date: 50% of the 1st day’s room rate
      4. ④ Cancellation on the reserved date: 100% of the 1st day’s room rate
  2. 2. Customers who reserved rooms and does not stay in the hotel will be charged with 100% of the 1st day’s room rate.
  3. 3. According to the regulations stated above, customers will not be charged with penalty if they could not call and reach to the hotel due to any of unavoidable circumstance including natural disaster or delays/ trouble in public transport.

* To stay for more than 5 days, there needs to be enquiry.

* To reserve more than 5 rooms, there needs to be enquiry.

Room Reservation
